This delightful Ethiopian Yirgacheffe impresses with its floral and caramel flavours and the grapefruit notes contribute to its flavor profile. It is Ethiopia's most famous "region" surrounded by some of the best terroir and growers in the country. This particular coffee is grown at 1900-2100 meters above sea level and is processed using a "washed" technique.
