• Is my order eligible for free delivery?

    We offer free delivery in Quebec and Ontario with coffee purchases over 55$. For orders under 55$, or those shipped outside Quebec or Ontario, other delivery options will be calculated at checkout. Rates vary depending on the delivery address, as well as the volume and dimensions of the order.

    Please note that we also offer Free local pickup at our roastery in Quebec City.

  • Do you ship to United States?

    Yes, we offer shipping to Canada and United States. For United States, free shipping is available on orders over 70$ CAD.

  • How long does it take to ship?

    The current delivery time for orders is between 1 business day and 7 business days.

  • Which carriers are used?

    We ship all our orders using Canada Post or UPS.

  • Can I return an order?

    Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. If for some reason you are not happy with your coffee purchase, please contact us at info@lg.coffee
