Pull a double shot of espresso.
You should typically aim for a 2:1 ratio, which translates to 36g of coffee in your cup (if you started with 18g in your portafilter).
Spot your espresso
Froth a very small amount of milk and aim for a rich and smooth foam. Since you will be using very little foam, try to be conscious about the quantity of milk you are frothing to avoid any waste.
Grab a table spoon and add a spoon full of foam on top of your espresso. Voilà!
