Costa Rica Yellow Honey

This exceptional coffee is grown in the Tarrazu region, located in the interior mountains of Costa Rica. It is grown at an altitude of 1700 meters above sea level in areas with exceptional climate to produce high quality cherries.

What is Yellow Honey? It is a processing method to separate the outer layer of the coffee cherries while keeping the mucilage/pulp to create rich flavours. This process results in a rich mellow coffee that's never bitter or acidy.
